Yes, each pair is handcrafted in Italy by experienced artisans, following the traditions of high-end Italian eyewear manufacturing.

What are the delivery times?

We deliver in Belgium within 5 to 7 business days. Orders are shipped with care to ensure your glasses arrive in perfect condition.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after receipt to return your order if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the product is in its original condition.

Return policy

Returns are made by post, at the customer's expense. We advise you to use Bpost Secure with tracking to ensure proper receipt of your parcel.

What payment methods do you accept?

How to read my glasses' measurements?

The dimensions of our glasses are indicated on each product page in this order:

  • Lens width — the width of a single lens (in mm)
  • Lens height — the height of the lens (in mm)
  • Bridge width — the distance at the nose (in mm)
  • Temple length — the length of each temple, from the hinge to the tip (in mm)
  • Total width — the total width of the frame, from end to end (in mm)

These measurements help you choose a frame that suits your face shape.

What is the difference between Ultra Limited and Estiara Milano?

Ultra Limited: unique pieces or very small series, handcrafted in Italy from multicolored cellulose acetate. Each frame is numbered and certified. As with any handcrafted piece, slight irregularities or imperfections may be present – these are the hallmark of handmade work and are part of the identity of each piece. Estiara Milano: collection in Amanite®, an exclusive material with an atypical design and luxurious finishes. A strong and recognizable visual signature.

What is Amanite®?

Amanite® is an innovative thermoplastic polymer developed exclusively by Sintetica srl in Italy, and used by Estiara Milano. A colored transparent liquid, it is shaped using age-old artisanal techniques to create unique and bold designs. Its advantages: 20% lighter than classic acetate, excellent heat resistance (no metal inserts in the temples), hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and 100% recyclable. An exceptional material, born from the combination of advanced technology and Italian craftsmanship.

Return Policy

Consult our simple and transparent return policy: 14 days to change your mind, free return in store or by post. Exchange or refund guaranteed if the frame is in perfect condition.

1. Withdrawal Period

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return the product.

2. Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the frame must be returned to us in strictly new condition:

  • Integrity: No scratches on the lenses or the frame.
  • Accessories: Accompanied by its original case, microfiber cloth, and certificate of authenticity.
  • Unadjusted: The frame must not have been heated or modified by another optician.

3. Return Modalities

Two options are available to you:

  • Free return in store: Go directly to our store with your invoice. We will proceed with an immediate exchange or refund after checking the frame.
  • Return by post: Returns are made by post, at the customer's expense. We advise you to use Bpost Secure with tracking to guarantee the proper receipt of your package.

4. Cleaning and Protection

  • Cleaning: Use only lukewarm water and neutral soap or an optician's spray, then wipe with the provided microfiber cloth. Avoid solvents or chemical sprays.
  • Protection: When you are not wearing your glasses, always store them in their case.

5. Custom Adjustment

A luxury frame should be forgotten once worn. Each pair may require a slight adjustment upon receipt.

  • In store: Come and see us, we will adjust your glasses for free.
  • At your local optician: Any optician equipped with a frame warmer can adjust your glasses in a few minutes.

Important: Never try to bend or force your temples when cold.

7. Delivery

Currently, we deliver in Belgium. You can receive your order at home or pick it up directly at one of our two stores. For other countries, please contact us to explore the possibilities.

We deliver in Belgium within 5 to 7 working days. Orders are carefully shipped to ensure your glasses arrive in perfect condition.

8. Underserved areas

We do not ship to the following destinations:

  • Corsica (postcodes 20xxx)
  • French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM): Guadeloupe (971), Martinique (972), French Guiana (973), Reunion (974), Mayotte (976), Saint-Pierre and Miquelon (975), Saint-Barthélemy (977), Saint-Martin (978), as well as other overseas collectivities (French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, etc.)

If an order is placed from one of these zones, it will be cancelled and fully refunded as soon as possible.

In accordance with European legislation, each pair benefits from a legal warranty of 2 years against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. In case of a problem, contact us directly — we will find a quick and suitable solution.

Each product page indicates the precise dimensions: lens width, height, bridge width, temple length, and total width. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us — as opticians, we can personally advise you to find the frame best suited to your face shape.
